My Soul Immortal Tour ~ Guest Post
My Soul Immortal by Jen Printy
Paranormal Romance
Release Date: February 2014

Jen: I’m here with Leah, a main character of my book, My Soul Immortal. She has graciously agreed to come talk to us today.

Leah: Thanks for asking me. I’m so excited to be here.

Jen: What happened when you saw Jack for the first time?

Leah: Oh my word, he blew me away. As you know, I’ve been dreaming of Jack since I was thirteen years old. I was running late for class and wham, this guy barrels straight into me. I was pissed, especially when I could hear he was trying hard not to laugh. Anyway, I stood up to give him a piece of my mind only to find Jack Hammond, AKA Mr. Dream Guy—wow, that sounds dorky—staring at me like he recognized me too. Of course, when he claimed he did know me, I figured Grady was finally right, first time ever, and I’d lost my mind.

Jen: When did you start wondering if Jack might be the same man from your dreams?

Leah: My birthday, although, I still had doubts. It seemed so impossible at first, but the coinci-dences started piling up. He was from the Cotswold—the same place I’d dreamt he was from— and his reaction when I mentioned Lydia and her family. Then there’s the manners. With every-thing else, they were a dead giveaway.

Jen: Speaking of his manners, what is it like being with a man from a different century?

Leah: I love them—the opening door, the bowing, even standing when a woman does. I mean, what girl won’t. Most of the time I feel like I’m in an episode of Masterpiece Classics. Once in a while, he can be a little over protective, which is annoying. However, he is trying to tame that instinct. And sometimes his gentleman nature gets in the way of my…plans, but with our differ-ent up brings, that’s to be expected. We’re working it out.

Jen: Let’s talk about your brother Grady. He’s a little over protective too, isn’t he?

Leah: Tell me about it. I try to be patient with him, though. We’ve both been through a lot. When dad died, Grady felt the need to take over the fatherly role. When I got sick, his protec-tiveness flew into overdrive. I always figured when I found “the right one,” Grady would be a pain in the butt, shoving his nose into places it didn’t belong. And I was right, at first. Luckily, for Grady, he likes Jack.

Jen: Okay, it’s time of the rapid fire round. Ready?

Leah: Oh, yeah, let them fly.

Jen: The Beatles…iconic or lame?

Leah: Lame!

Jen: Favorite movie?

Leah: Easy one. Death Will Come. Now I get why Jack found that title amusing.

Jen: Favorite food?

Leah: Lobster ice cream. Have you ever had it?

Jen: I have.

Leah: It’s fantastic, isn’t it? A mixture of salt and sweet perfection.

Jen: I pledge the fifth. Sorry to say that’s all the time we have. Thanks for being with us, Leah. I hope that we’ll be seeing you again to promote book 2 in the Fated Eternals series.

Leah: That would be cool! Thanks for having me. And next time around, I’ll convince you Lob-ster Mash is the best.
